Our MissionPack 16 is chartered by St. Philomena’s Church in Livingston but the Pack is non-sectarian and we are lucky to have boys of many religious denominations and ethnic backgrounds. We are part of the world brotherhood of Scouting that includes over 17 million members in more than 134 countries worldwide. As part of the worldwide Scouting movement, we share similar aims of character development, citizenship training, appreciation for the outdoors and physical fitness. Pack 16 celebrated its 55th anniversary in 2004. It has been said the first 50 years are the hardest, so now that the groundwork has been completed, let’s spend the next 50 years having fun in Cub Scouts! Pack 16 is part of the Northern New Jersey Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Our Pack is also part of the Orange Mountains District
